O’2 Nails Printer’s Warranty Policy

Please retain your Warranty card (located in the Instruction Manual) and the Purchase Receipt as proof of purchase in order for your guarantee to be valid. These documents must be presented in the event of making a claim under the terms of the O’2 Nails Printer Guarantee. If the nail printer was received as a gift please mark the Guarantee “Gift” and insert against “Date of Purchase”, the date on which the nail printer was received.

O’2 Nails Printer Guarantees all products against defects caused by faulty workmanship and materials for twelve months use from date of purchase. 

During this guarantee period O’2 Nails Printer will repair or replace any defective product. However, if the product includes a number of accessories, only the defective part or accessory will be replaced. O’2 Nails Printer reserves the right to make minor adjustments instead of replacing the product or accessory. Packaging, instructions, gels, LED lamp, accessories, nail printer etc. will not be replaced unless faulty.

Subject to your statutory rights as to the merchantable quality of the product or accessory. In the event of a product or accessory being replaced during the guarantee, the guarantee on the replacement will expire at the original date, i.e., 12 months from the original purchase date.

This Guarantee excludes defects caused by the product not being used in accordance with instructions, accidental damage, misuse or being tampered with by unauthorised persons. The replacement Guarantee also excludes breakages and consumable items such as gels, ink cartridge, and cleaning pads.

In Australia our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Warranty

O’2 Nails Printer guarantees all products against defects caused by faulty workmanship and materials for 12 months commercial use from the date of purchase. During this guarantee period O’2 Nails Printer will repair any defective product. If the product includes a number of accessories, only the defective part or accessory will be repaired. Packaging, instructions, consumables, etc will also not be repaired or replaced unless faulty. In the event of a product or accessory being repaired during the guarantee period, the guarantee on the repaired product will expire 12 months from the purchase date of the original product, not 12 months from the date of the repair.

O’2 Nails Printer’s registered service agents can carry out professional repairs on your faulty Nail Printer. Please contact our Customer Service here.

The Registered Service Agent may request the customer to perform some routine check or maintenance over the phone to ensure the Nail Printer is truly faulty.

Minor repairs may be done on the premises of the customer. If the registered service agent decides the Nail Printer can be repaired on the premises, customers should allow adequate space and time for the registered service agents to repair the Nail Printer on the premises.

Out of Warranty Replacement or Repairs

O’2 Nails Printer’s registered service agents can carry out professional repairs on your faulty Nails Printer.

O’2 Nails Printer’s Return policy:

If you would like to refund or exchange the product for any reason, please bring into our attention as soon as possible and we are willing to refund/exchange within 14 days upon receipt. Returns after this period may not be accepted. All returns must accompany the original packaging and include all original accessories which accompanied the original shipment. Postage and insurance charge is non-refundable for exchange/return items. Buyer is responsible for shipping and handling, insurance costs related to returning the item. We reserve the right to reject any returns if the proper guidelines are not followed.. You can choose between a refund, or exchange where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website or don’t perform as advertised.
